Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience with physical IT infrastructure, Data Center operations or RMA of physical equipment with external vendors.
• Experience creating and analyzing ticket-based workflows to identify bottlenecks.
• Proven ability to produce client-facing reports on infrastructure metrics, server management, and case workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RMA generation, support, and issue resolution.
• Generate performance metrics for internal and external teams.
