Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Design Manager to lead and oversee architectural, MEP, and LV/IT infrastructure designs for leased data centers. The role requires managing multi-project design teams, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring designs meet performance and efficiency goals while supporting fit-out construction.

The candidate will collaborate with internal SMEs and external vendors, apply company engineering guidelines, and manage design deviations, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Network, Low Voltage/Cabling) or Architecture.
• 5+ years in data center engineering or design.
• Strong knowledge of data center white space, cooling, power distribution, LV/IT design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design of Data Center Fit Outs (White Space).
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers.
• Act as single point of contact for design items on projects.
• Manage deviations from Basis of Design and track budgets/schedules.
• Conduct site visits during construction to ensure design adherence.
