This role collaborates with planning, design, and engineering teams, negotiates agreements to reduce costs, and communicates results to senior leadership while aligning with regional strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with utility stakeholders
• Work with internal and external planning, design, and engineering teams to evaluate last mile delivery sites for energization
• Lead the execution of site energization, delivering bar-raising results against applicable KPI
• Manage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverables
• Negotiate agreements and evaluate opportunities to reduce capital and operating expense
• Critically assess development plans to identify blockers, analyze trade-off decisions, and elevate effectively
• Develop scalable mechanisms to communicate efficiently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
