Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience communicating with VP-level decision makers; written proposals with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Own variable fleet strategy for North America Middle Mile power units, including operation plan, budget, rental vehicle specification, rental process, contracts, procurement, delivery and disposition.
• Negotiate and manage third-party rental partnerships to secure adequate capacity during peak and year-round operations.
• Own financial analysis and budget tracking for variable fleet programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize costs.
• Develop strategies to improve fleet utilization, increase acceptance rates with programs, and balance supply constraints with operational demands.
• Serve as escalation point for rental vehicles, demonstrating strong communication skills and knowing when to elevate appropriately.
