Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation seeks an experienced Program Manager to design and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies for the Regulated and Renewable Energy fleet of turbines and generators. You will ensure plans, processes, and standards are developed and exercised to maintain compliance and drive fleet improvements.

You will lead complex, cross‑functional projects, interface with senior leadership, and shape vendor relationships with OEMs to optimize performance and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 10+ years related work experience.
• Highschool/GED with 18 years related work experience.
• Hybrid mobility and willingness to relocate within specified areas.

Responsibilities

• Continually evaluate fleet events, industry developments, supplier changes, and regulatory drivers to identify opportunities to improve program performance and cost effectiveness.
• Lead development and scoping of new improvement initiatives across the fleet to ensure governance and funding.
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs and vendors to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives; resolve contract performance issues as needed.
• Develop routine program assessment activities and provide support during audits, assessments, and outage preparations.
• Establish standards, KPIs, and industry benchmarking to drive continuous improvement across the fleet.
