Indotronix Avani Group seeks a seasoned Project/Portfolio Manager to lead school district fleet electrification initiatives. You will oversee multiple projects, manage contracts and invoices, and serve as the bridge between districts, bus fleets, contractors, and engineering firms.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in program management, 2–3 years in EV charging, and knowledge of electric transportation or how school buses operate.

Qualifications

• Must have 7–10 years of total experience in program/project management.
• Must have 2–3 years of EV charging experience.
• Knowledge of electric transportation or how school buses are run.
• Municipal or government experience desired.
• Strong organization across multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee firms and manage contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate between districts, bus fleets, contractors and engineering firms.
• Review deliverables to ensure alignment with plans and timelines.
• Explain engineering work to districts and the reverse to non-specialists.
