Milestone, a tech-enabled logistics platform, is expanding in Texas and seeks a part-time, in-person office coordinator based out of Paris, TX. You will be the first face for owner-operators and drivers, answering phones, handling permits, registrations, onboarding, and day-to-day office tasks to keep this fleet running smoothly.

The role requires organization, personable communication, and the ability to work closely with drivers and the Texas team.

Qualificações

• Professional and personable with strong customer-service mindset.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to work in person at the Paris, TX office.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of trucking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and direct calls; handle general office duties.
• Greet drivers and owner-operators who come into the office and help them get what they need.
• Assist with permits and registrations for owner-operators and their trucks across our DOT fleets.
• Assist with gathering the information needed for driver and owner-operator onboarding.
• Assist with monthly maintenance reports.
• Engage regularly, in person, with drivers and truck owners across the Texas fleet to build strong working relationships.
• Assist with driver meetings.
• Other general office and administrative duties as assigned.
