Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners in Dayton, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to assist the Terminal Manager with day-to-day operations, safety, and P&L for LTL, FTL and tank/fleet departments. The role involves leading drivers, coordinating maintenance, and training new staff.

You will manage scheduling, ensure timely loads, oversee DOT compliance, and cover HazMat CMV duties as needed. A background in freight or logistics and proven leadership are required; a CDL with HazMat is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and time/attendance to maintain customer service levels.
• Oversee DOT compliance and reporting for fleet and drivers.
