Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven operational adjustments.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching and team management.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and vendor coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Houston area and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Assignments: Assign vehicles to drivers based on needs and optimize usage.
• Driver Coaching: Train drivers to improve safety and customer service.
• Performance Management: Monitor attendance and address infractions.
• Demand Management: Analyze vehicle occupancy and adjust fleet size to meet demand.
• Fleet Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance with external vendors.
• Fleet Cleaning Supervision: Oversee cleaning and prep of the vehicle fleet.
