Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with TMS software; McLeod experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments and driver loads.
• Maintain communication between drivers, customers and suppliers.
• Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery; resolve issues.
• Review drivers' logs for compliance with regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation (one week every 3 weeks).
