Under limited supervision, provides support to fleet and fueling operations through receiving and accessing fleet and fueling requests, effectively communicating those requests to the appropriate employees, processing reports, assisting with shop scheduling and operations, and fleet administration tasks. This job requires an in-depth knowledge of fleet operations, knowledge of vehicle and equipment parts, an understanding of scheduling, the ability to multitask, and the ability to coordinate work timely. This job requires the ability to problem solve and use judgment to determine emergency and non-emergency situations as well as provide support. This job will be responsible for answering the fleet dispatch hotline and processing incoming Fleet Maintenance Requests. May be required to work a variety of shift schedules on a rotational basis and remain on-call 24 hours a day to maintain 24-hour, 7 day per week service.

OPEN REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in business administration or related field, or automotive/diesel technology certification is preferred.

Two (2) years of related experience in dispatch, call center, or high-volume maintenance shop.
