Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a Traffic Payroll Coordinator in Visalia, CA to support driver routing, daily and weekly reporting, and retailer service. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with drivers and retailers, and ensure accurate payroll-related data for field staff.

The role involves assigning routes for Ace Fleet Drivers, maintaining essential reports, acting as the point of contact for drivers, and handling additional administrative duties including packing lists and BOLs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative and/or customer service experience in an office setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills; experience with SAP, QualComm, MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Previous dispatching or multi-line phone experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign routes for Ace Fleet Drivers.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports.
• Interact with Ace Retailers to provide information and services.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers.
• Handle additional administrative duties, including packing lists and BOLs.
