Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to join our team in Washington. You will assign routes for Ace Fleet Drivers, maintain daily and weekly operation reports, and interact with Ace Retailers to provide information and services.

This full-time role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-3pm shift. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with AS400, WMS, and SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be a safety champion promoting a safe workplace.
• Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with AS400, WMS and SAP preferred.
• Customer service experience and professional phone presence.
• Excellent writing ability and problem solving skills.
• Able to work in warehouse/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign route for Ace Fleet Drivers.
• Maintain Daily/Weekly reports.
• Interact with Ace Retailers providing information and services.
• Serve as point of contact for the Drivers.
• Assist with packing lists and BOLs.
