Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume food production or related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and driver assistants; coordinate services between kitchen, drivers and dock operations.
• Allocate shifts and assignments; ensure on-time departures and proper equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and airport badging requirements; ensure compliance with all policies.
• Liaise with HR and management; monitor performance, provide coaching and corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare management reports on attendance, HAACP and labor totals.
