Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch drivers based on orders and priorities.
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor routes and address scheduling conflicts or service issues.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain dispatch records and transportation documentation.
• Support dispatch and logistics projects as assigned.
