Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of fleet management and leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate; tire industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to create reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch and route drivers.
• Develop and manage vehicle preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure DOT compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and 3PL shipments.
• Drive safety initiatives with the Safety Team.
