Qualifications

• Tire industry knowledge preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch and 1–3 deliveries per day.
• Supervise all route drivers and improve dispatch efficiency.
• Oversee 3PL shipping (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage vehicle preventative maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Track fleet expenses and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead driver training, onboarding, and recruitment activities.
