Job summary

Final Mile is seeking a Dispatch professional in Cumberland County, PA to oversee Class A driver dispatching, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strong customer relations. You will ensure DOT compliance, load accuracy, and freight bill processes while supporting safety programs.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching Class A Drivers and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and DOT compliance.
• Ensure accurate load entry and freight bill creation with attention to detail.
• Support safety policies and assist with safety training and checklists.
• Audit hours of service and DOT/state regulations for compliance.
• Verify PM/BIT inspections and report equipment damages timely.
