Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, write, and read English.
• OSHA forklift certification is required.
• At least 1 year of dispatching experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of dispatching and fleet management principles.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule delivery orders and returns.
• Open and close yard as needed and assist drivers with road challenges.
• Maintain safety, orderliness, and cleanliness of yard and paperwork.
• Review productivity reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with DOT limits and interstate commerce regulations.
