Wal-Mart Transportation in Shelbyville, TN is seeking experience in driver training and facilitation to support the Driver Trainee program and Fleet Development initiatives. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders to co-facilitate training, provide feedback, and align training content with regional center operations.

Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, auditing facilitation, and delivering training across multiple Fleet Development locations.

Qualifications

• Requires CDL Class A with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
• Preferred: training or facilitation experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice and guidance on training best practices to others.
• Lead Driver Trainee content and co-facilitate training with senior leaders.
• Support and implement business solutions by engaging with stakeholders and driving improvements.
• Conduct facilitation audits and ensure One Best Way compliance across Fleet Development.
• Deliver training across Regional Training Centers using multiple modalities.
