• Diesel, automotive or heavy equipment maintenance certifications (e.g. ASE) plus 2 years supervising employees in heavy duty truck and trailer maintenance

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement business plans to achieve facility goals in production, quality and safety.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage workload to align with business demands.
• Monitor and manage productivity, ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing business reports for improvements.
• Supervise and mentor shop associates and leaders, providing direction and development opportunities.
• Oversee shop operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and Walmart standards.
