Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami seeks a Fleet Deployment Analyst to drive fleetwide deployment and itineraries that boost net cruise revenue, cut fuel and emissions, and enhance guest satisfaction. You will manage 1,800+ sailings and 4,500+ port calls annually, coordinating across teams to design profitable itineraries.

The role demands strong analytical skills, experience in revenue management or financial analysis, and proficiency with Excel, SQL/Oracle, SAS, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent quantitative experience.
• 3+ years in consumer insight, revenue management, or financial analysis.
• 2+ years in cruise industry or management consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan detailed itineraries to maximize profitability and guest experience.
• Coordinate port calls, ship positions, and sailings to optimize revenue and minimize fuel use.
• Manage deployment data in MXP and FMA to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments to align with technical, nautical, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate itinerary changes to stakeholders and guests as needed.
