Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Finance Analyst to lead budgeting and monthly forecast activities for Crew Related Costs. You will monitor performance, analyze variances and drive cross-functional initiatives across shipboard finance teams.

The role requires strong Excel/Hyperion skills, data analysis, and the ability to mentor junior staff while adapting to a dynamic hospitality environment at our South Florida offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Interactive Reporting, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Financials or similar database systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed annual financial budgets and monthly financial forecasts for all Crew Related Costs.
• Special projects covering all areas of Shipboard Finance.
• Monitor and track financial performance, analyze variances.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and assist other finance teams as required.
• Develop junior team members and promote teamwork and high professional standards.
