Job summary

SONS Automotive Group is seeking a Fleet Technology & Data Systems Admin Assistant to design and maintain data systems that power our Fleet department. You will build advanced Excel workbooks, Google Sheets infrastructure, and automated workflows to streamline data handling across vehicle, customer, inventory, and financial data.

You will implement reporting tools and dashboards, integrate multiple spreadsheets, and support fleet leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and automation.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reports.
• Familiar with data imports/exports and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks and Google Sheets dashboards.
• Create automated workflows and data integrations to reduce manual entry.
• Build inventory, orders, and customer data tracking systems for Fleet operations.
• Deliver regular management reports and KPI dashboards for leadership.
