Qualifications

• Experience in damage repair or fleet operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and successful background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and oversee multiple work areas.

Responsibilities

• Maximize fleet utilization and profitability by overseeing damage repair of fleet vehicles.
• Lead and develop the damage repair team and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure repair orders are completed per guidelines and on schedule.
• Forecast, budget and manage key financial drivers including repair costs.
