Job summary

SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate at Sarasota International Airport. You will interact with customers face-to-face, guide them through vehicle options and add-ons, and contribute to fleet readiness and efficient rental operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle cleanliness, managing inventory, and collaborating across teams to support daily operations. A people-first, problem-solving attitude helps drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment with positive attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency for internal systems.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Licensed to drive and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protections, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey and collect feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee fleet operations including vehicle readiness, inventory, and coordination with service partners.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks for fleet presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and customer interactions, collaborating with teams.
