Job summary

SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate at Sarasota International Airport to enhance rental experiences, manage fleet readiness, and coordinate service partners. You’ll work face-to-face with customers, guide options, and optimize add-ons while supporting daily operations and planning.

Qualifications

• Sales & communication skills to drive performance and upsell
• Strong customer service background delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to manage logistics, scheduling and internal systems

• Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays
• At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages, and add-ons while maximizing sales opportunities
• Support customers through the rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback
• Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle readiness and inventory management
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with driving and staging for fleet efficiency
• Maintain records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions across teams
