SIXT is seeking an Operational Support Associate at Norfolk Airport to drive seamless rental experiences. You will interact with customers face-to-face, guide vehicle options, upsell protection and add-ons, and help manage fleet readiness and movement.

Qualifications

• Guide customers through vehicle options, protection packages and add-ons while maximizing sales.
• Support customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring satisfaction and collecting feedback.
• Oversee fleet operations: readiness, inventory, coordination with service partners, and preparation for rental or disposal.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks to maintain fleet presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, service updates, and customer interactions; collaborate across teams.
