Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Procurement/Distribution Supervisor to oversee the daily management of credential procurement and distribution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The role involves coordinating with jurisdictions, validating ownership documents, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage interdepartmental interactions, and support dealership services with accurate, timely execution of tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Dealer/Title services preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word required; AI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key process metrics and prioritize workflow.
• Ensure work is error-free, complete, and submitted timely to jurisdictions.
• Ensure credentials are distributed within CTQ's and aligned with company goals.
• Validate unit jacket, title, registration services, fees, temporary tag issuance, and tax collection.
