Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA is seeking a Supervisory role responsible for procuring and distributing legal credentials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also supports dealership services and ownership document validation for customer-owned equipment.

The role requires leadership experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and knowledge of dealer/title services. Travel and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience as a Supervisor or Lead position preferred.
• Knowledge of Dealer/Title services preferred.
• Introductory knowledge of AI applications a plus.
• Introductory knowledge in Access preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of state dealer software preferred.
• Ability to simplify complicated concepts and present to a team.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key process metrics and prioritize workflow.
• Ensure work is error free and submitted timely to jurisdictions.
• Ensure credentials are distributed within departmental and customer CTQ's.
• Facilitate process compliance with jurisdictional and dealership requirements: validating unit jacket, title and registration services, fee/collection, temporary tag issuance, tax collection.
• Engage with jurisdictions to stay up to date on current requirements and address situations.
• Modify / optimize processes to align to requirements.
• Managing the team and interdepartmental interactions.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily management and flawless execution of the procurement and distribution of all legalization credentials. Ensure process are current and compliant with all regulatory requirements. This role will also be instrumental with procedural and operational compliance for dealership services. Validate ownership documents to facilitate the purchase customer owned equipment.

• Modify / optimize processes as required to align to these requirements.

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
