Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to greet customers, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments. You will walk around the vehicle with customers to complete the Walk Around Sheet, obtain approval, and verify warranties or recalls.

You’ll ensure accurate contact and payment details, sign the Work Order, and attach all related documents. Data entry in SSI for Express Assessment is required. The role emphasizes thoroughness, clear communication, and accurate record-keeping to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Combination of education, training, or experience acceptable.
• IND -Service required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the phone or in person.
• Set appointments and answer inquiries.
• Walk around the unit with the customer to complete the Walk Around Sheet.
• Review walk around with customer and obtain approval.
• Verify and print warranties or recalls for the customer's vehicle.
• Verify customer contact information and payment method.
• Complete and sign the Work Order.
• Check history attached to the work order.
• Attach all functional sheets to the work order (Come Backs, Quality Control).
• Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.

Job description

Fleet Coordinator Responsibilities:

Greet all customers whether on the phone or in person.

Responsible for setting appointments answering calls and all inquiries

Physically walk the unit with the customer to complete “Walk Around Sheet” (including last 8 of VIN, mileage, window tag, steering wheel tag)

Review walk around with customer and have them approve

Verify and print any warranty or recalls for customers vehicle

Verify customer contact information and method of payment including credit authorization.

Complete and sign Work Order

Check history attach to work order

Be sure to attach all functional sheets to work order inclusive Come Backs(Red), Quality Control(yellow)

Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.

Fleet Coordinator Requirements:

A high school diploma and/or GED is required.

Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities.
