A&I Distributors is seeking a Fleet Compliance & Driver Support coordinator to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, manage fleet documentation, and coordinate maintenance. The role requires attention to regulatory detail and coordination across departments.

The position also involves driver onboarding, training documentation, and cost control for fleet operations across multiple facilities in North Dakota. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transportation, fleet management, DOT compliance, or vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Experience working with commercial vehicle operations and drivers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure DOT, FMCSA and company regulations are followed by drivers.
• Educate drivers on Hours of Service and safety requirements.
• Verify ELDs/tablets are functioning and updated.
• Coordinate with DOT Department on updates and repairs.
• Deliver DOT notices and compliance information to drivers.
• Maintain registrations, permits, inspections and related records.
• Review weekly trip reports and DVIRs for accuracy.
• Schedule vehicle maintenance and conduct routine fleet inspections.
• Assist with driver hiring, onboarding and training documentation.
• Monitor fuel cards and fleet assets; control costs.
