Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona in Phoenix seeks a Fleet Manager to lead the organization’s vehicle and equipment fleet, oversee driver training, safety, and onboarding, and ensure FMCSA/DOT compliance across GCNA and its affiliates.

You will maintain driver qualification files, coordinate orientation for new or promoted drivers, manage drug and alcohol program, and collaborate with Safety, Risk, and Asset Protection to meet regulatory requirements and minimize risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years supervisory experience in the transportation industry.
• Familiar with FMCSA, OSHA, and DOT rules and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversees fleet maintenance and driver safety programs.
• Drives DOT compliance and driver qualification files.
• Coordinates driver training and onboarding processes.
• Monitors incident investigations and safety measures.
• Manages fleet budgeting, licensing, registrations, and insurance.
• Leads safety committees and collaborates with risk management.
