Fuller Ford OH is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Consultant to develop and grow our commercial/fleet business, focusing on local businesses and fleets. You will help clients select trucks, vans, and fleet solutions while building a lasting book of business.

Ideal candidates enjoy outside sales, networking, and building long-term client relationships, with a pathway to significant earnings through uncapped commissions and a robust 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive, B2B, outside sales, or equipment sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prospect and generate business.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with local businesses and fleet customers.
• Prospect new commercial clients through networking, calls, and in-person visits.
