You will guide customers from needs assessment to delivery, balancing product knowledge with strong relationship-building to drive repeat business.

The role offers a base salary during training with uncapped commission potential, requiring travel to client sites and occasional road test drives.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of successful sales experience.
• Strong working knowledge of major truck components, body applications, and light/medium duty commercial vehicle specifications.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence suited for executive and fleet-level presentations.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record as required.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client partnerships with local business owners and national fleets through outreach, visits, and follow-ups.
• Consult with customers to assess operational demands and configure tailored truck setups.
• Demonstrate vehicle features through walk-arounds and test drives.
• Manage sales from initial consultation through delivery, including orders, deposits, and documentation.
• Foster long-term loyalty with post-sale support and referrals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets and participate in team meetings.
