Young Automotive Group in Utah is seeking a motivated Commercial/Fleet Outside Sales Representative to expand our B2B presence with local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet accounts. You will prospect, develop relationships, and present tailored vehicle solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven outside sales or B2B sales experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial and fleet accounts
• Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and business presentations
• Identify customer vehicle and upfit needs
• Present financing, leasing, and fleet management solutions
• Maintain CRM documentation and follow-up processes
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, upfitting, and delivery timelines
• Meet and exceed monthly unit and gross profit goals
• Help maintain Service needs on Fleet Customers
