The Young Automotive Group is growing and seeks Trailer & Equipment Sales Consultants at our Kaysville location. If you’re motivated, confident, and want a career in sales, this is a great opportunity in a structured and balanced environment with a predictable 9-6 schedule.

You’ll work with customers through a needs-based sales process and receive paid training and ongoing support. We value drive, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus (not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

We provide paid training and ongoing support through our internal training team, the Center of Excellence.

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
