Youth Automotive? Actually, Young Automotive Group is seeking a Commercial/Fleet Outside Sales Representative to expand our B2B sales with local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet accounts across Utah.

This role emphasizes prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building in a high-income environment. You will present financing and fleet management solutions, manage CRM records, and coordinate vehicle ordering and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or B2B sales experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
• Ability to negotiate and close business accounts.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new commercial and fleet accounts
• Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and business presentations
• Identify customer vehicle and upfit needs
• Present financing, leasing, and fleet management solutions
• Maintain CRM documentation and follow-up processes
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, upfitting, and delivery timelines
• Meet and exceed monthly unit and gross profit goals
• Help maintain service needs on fleet customers
