Young Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Commercial/Fleet Outside Sales Representative to expand our B2B sales among local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet accounts in Utah. This role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling to grow revenue and capture opportunities.

As a full-time team member, you will present financing options, manage CRM records, coordinate vehicle orders and upfitting, and strive to meet monthly unit and gross profit

Qualifications

• Outside sales or B2B sales experience; automotive preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management.
• Ability to negotiate and close business accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Automotive or commercial truck experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial and fleet accounts.
• Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and business presentations.
• Identify customer vehicle and upfit needs.
• Present financing, leasing, and fleet management solutions.
• Maintain CRM documentation and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, upfitting, and delivery timelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly unit and gross profit goals.
• Help maintain service needs on fleet customers.
