Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in the Chicago area to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork prior to delivery. You will finalize total loss admin and provide post-repair updates to customers, while complying with Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role involves using CCC1 estimating software, a sales-focused mindset, and strong understanding of repair procedures. Valid license and DMV eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
