Caliber Collision – Chicago West Loop is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery.

You will also complete total loss administration and communicate status updates to customers while upholding safety rules and company standards. A valid driver’s license and a MVPD license are required, with CCC1 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
