Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Phoenix to prepare estimates, review processes, and manage paperwork from intake to delivery. The role involves communicating repair plans and vehicle status to customers while upholding safety rules and Caliber standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience (sales experience a plus), a valid license, and knowledge of CCC1 or similar software. Strong sales orientation and customer communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred).
• Ability to write clear, accurate estimates and explain repairs to customers.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for repair jobs.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Provide timely updates on vehicle status and repair progress to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
