Job summary

Caliber Collision in Chicago is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, processing paperwork, and finalizing invoices. This role requires attention to detail and knowledge of the repair process.

With 2+ years of estimating experience and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software, you will support customers through the repair journey and communicate status updates, while upholding Caliber safety rules and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
