Job summary

Caliber Collision in Chicago is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, perform process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and finalize final paperwork prior to delivery, all while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

This role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. You will communicate repair status to customers and support total loss administration as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers
