Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Westmont service center to perform estimating, vehicle intake, and final paperwork, ensuring clear communication of repair status to customers. The role involves process reviews, admin tasks, and adherence to Caliber safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software, with a strong sales orientation and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage status updates.
• Finalize total loss administration and customer paperwork.
• Provide post repair plan communication to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and standards.
