Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review processes, check in vehicles, and complete final paperwork for delivery. The role involves total loss handling and ongoing communication with customers about repair status, while adhering to Caliber safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong understanding of repair processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers following Caliber safety rules.
