Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Collision Estimator in Phoenix to write estimates, review repair processes, check-in vehicles, and handle final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans while upholding safety rules and Caliber standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, a MVPD Appraisers License, and CCC1 or similar estimating software experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
