Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at our Phoenix service center. You will write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in vehicles, and handle final paperwork prior to delivery while ensuring compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Required are 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Strong sales skills and CCC1 familiarity are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
