Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to prepare repair estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from check-in to final delivery. You will ensure accurate DRP and final invoicing while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires strong estimating skills and a proactive sales mindset. Applicants should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license; eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and processing.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and DRP/invoice.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
