Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and paperwork up to final delivery. You will provide post-repair status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience is a plus), a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. CCC1 or similar software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle repair estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and coordinate status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
